Byron Fogan is a former fellow of the Government Law Center at Albany Law School, where he developed and delivered legal training materials to enhance the good corporate governance of not-for-profit organizations under a program funded through the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Fogan tailored his classroom experiences to focus on issues of international law, including U.S. National Security, International Human Rights Law, and Pan-African and Middle East Policy.
Mr. Fogan is a graduate of the Georgetown University College of Arts and Sciences in Washington, DC, where he earned a degree in international relations. Additionally, he has completed his J.D. at Albany Law School, where he was a recipient of both the Emerson Foundation and Parsons Scholarships and the Monroe (NY) County Bar Association Diversity Clerkship.
